The app supplements the existing classroom training courses and enables continuous further training outside the classroom. RoboMasters offers modular training courses on programming and operating ABB robots, which can be completed individually at your own pace. Michael Hose from ABB Robotics emphasizes that qualified personnel for robot-supported automation is a decisive competitive factor.

The app addresses the skills gap that 34% of companies perceive as an obstacle according to an ABB survey. RoboMasters offers personalized learning paths, interactive lessons and social learning elements such as gamification. Users receive a certificate on completion. The app reduces costs and work interruptions for companies and serves as a refresher for previous course participants, keeping them up to date with the latest developments.
