Deployed in weeks not months, the system uses Zebra FS40 & FS42 industrial scanners and Photoneo Motioncam-3D cameras for real-time, high-resolution barcode, ID, and 3D point-cloud data capture.

Photoneo’s AnyPick on-device AI processes this visual data, enabling Rebl Industries’ workmate robots to identify items, determine their dimensions, and decide how to handle them. Each robot in the connected fleet learns from the collective experience, constantly fine-tuning the AI algorithms and vision feedback for robotic motion planning for continuous improvement.
