Xenics: Smart Camera Covering Multiple Infrared Wavelengths

Xenics has developed a complete new line of small, optimized infrared sensor systems, based on one modular design. Each module can be individually tuned towards optimum power dissipation and best performance. As the sensor interface electronics are common for all different types of camera configurations, virtually all kinds of sensors can be integrated. Xenics has introduced different types of SWIR InGaAs-based cameras: the ‘Lynx' line-scan camera, as well as the ‘Bobcat-640' 2D-cameras, and LWIR bolometer cameras: ‘Gobi-640'. Moreover there is also a megapixel 2D camera in the pipeline for SWIR.
Different interface modules can be provided with the camera: GigE Vision (with and without Power over Ethernet), CameraLink or CoaXPress. All GigE Vision models support Cognex VisionPro, MVTec Halcon and Stemmer Common Vision Blox imaging software.
