VISIUS with Visual Detection

Visius is an intuitive and accurate optical coordinate measuring solution at an affordable cost.

It combines non contact vision measurement with touch probe and white light sensor capabilities in an automatic multisensor setup.
Running the metrology software Metus, it offers easy workflows for programme creation and execution. Fast measurement, ease of use and dependable accuracy boost efficiency and quality.

Unlike typical entry level systems, Visius provides ISO 10360 compliant accuracy for traceable and reliable results across the full measurement volume.

Visius is also ready for Hexagon’s AI based Visual Detection to enable automated defect detection and dimensional inspection in a connected workflow and with a single measuring machine.
