Verifier for Better Readability

Verification of codes enables consistent, process-reliable readability. IOSS offers various verifiers that perform a reliable and reproducible quality assessment of DPM Data Matrix codes in addition to the normal reading of codes, both offline and inline. This enables users to detect reading problems at an early stage and thus save costs.

The codes are detected with standard-compliant illumination and evaluated according to ISO/IEC29158. For needle-marked DPM codes, the IOSS systems can also be used for the new TCL setup of ISO29158. The Q-Report documentation software for random inspection makes it possible to create a corresponding quality record as a PDF document.
