Trioptics: Quality assurance software Surfinspect

Surfinspect is an automated inspection system for evaluating the surface quality of flat optics and lenses regarding scratch and dig.

It provides an operator-independent dimensional evaluation compliant with ISO 10110-7 through the combination of classical and AI-supported methods. SurfInspect combines time-saving automated processes, objective and precise ievaluations, and efficient documentation with a very competitive price. A large field of view and high depth of focus enable the capture of the entire optic in a single image using an intelligent multi-shot measurement sequence. This tailored ratio of functionality and cost-effectiveness significantly enhances efficiency in optical surface inspection.
