The highlights of SPS IPC Drives 2013

The signs for SPS IPC Drives 2013, half a year before the event in the end of November are excellent. For the first time, 13 halls are allocated and the booked space in mid-July is already clearly bigger than the year before. The exhibitors present their products and solutions, innovations and trends for electric automation on about 110,000 m2. All key players are already on board for SPS IPC Drives 2013. About 1,500 exhibitors from Germany and abroad are expected. The industry is presenting itself as extensive and big as never before.

Forums and joint stand as special resource of information
On the forums of the associations ZVEI and VDMA, visitors can listen to presentations about current topics from publishing houses, the associations and exhibitors free of charge.

As in the previous year, the joint stand „wireless in automation“ offers visitors the possibility to gain a fast and substantiated overview regarding emerging technologies.

The conference as an exchange of knowledge
The conference, taking place parallel to the exhibition, offers as usual a comprehensive program in German language. With 48 lectures, 2 free of charge keynotes, 3 tutorials and 1 free of charge trend session, conference attendees gain firm knowledge during 3 days. Trend topics, like “industry 4.0“ and „tablets and smartphones“ promise new impulses in electric automation.

SPS IPC Drives 2013 is taking place 26 – 28 November 2013 in Nuremberg, Germany. The application and registration phase for exhibitors and visitors is in full swing. The current exhibitor list as well as all important information can be found at www.mesago.com/sps
