Software for digital microscopes with analytical functions

Automatic edge detection is available for in-plane and profile measurements, making features and defects easier to measure for QA/QC inspections. Other new features include: difference measurement between two data points, analysis templates for automated analysis tasks, composite images with a larger field of view and higher resolution, and time-lapse recording. With the new software, after the analysis, data can be transferred to third-party software, e.g. B. CAD programs, as well as the display of the measurement results with image and surface profile data in application-specific reports.
