Real time JPEG compression for CoaXPress cameras

Norpix has introduced a new line of cameras, the teal time JPEG compression for CoaXPress cameras. With these, you are able to acquire pictures from any supported CoaXPress cameras. With it, you can reduce Streaming bandwidth by a factor of 15 using real time JPEG compression:

• Real time JPEG compression up to 1.6 billion pixels per second monochrome (2304 x 1720 @ 412 fps),
• Real time JPEG compression up to 686 million pixels per second color (2336 x 1728 @ 170 fps).

It is compatible with NVIDIA Titan GPU, works with monochrome and color cameras and eliminates need for expensive SSD or Raid 0 setups. JPEG compression can be adjusted between 0 and 100% quality. Long time recording is possible. Supported CoaXPress cameras are Adimec, ImperX, Mikrotron, Optronis and SVSI.
