Product inspection now available as an inline solution

The Kitov Inline robot and camera system is identical to the Kitov Core. This is equipped with a single turntable and is suitable for inspection in high product mix and small or medium volumes.

All Kitov systems are Smart 3D universal systems. By using 3D computer vision algorithms and artificial intelligence such as machine learning and deep learning, they eliminate the work and inconsistent results associated with manual inspection. It is also possible to install robots from other manufacturers.

With the Kitov Inline, product inspection can be carried out in two ways. For this purpose, the test specimen is transported by a conveyor belt to a defined position, where it is inspected by the AVI system while lying on the belt. Because a lifting and rotating mechanism integrated in the conveyor belt can also lift the test item, the underside and areas that are otherwise difficult for the robot arm to reach can also be inspected.
