These sensors offer high sensitivity without cooling, enabling precise real-time analysis in research, development and industry. The series supports simultaneous analysis of multiple channels and increases efficiency through a single video data line. Key features include an InGaAs photodiode array with CMOS chip for stable operation in the 0.9 to 2.1 µm range, selectable conversion efficiency and low dark current without cooling. The sensors are mobile, energy efficient and enable cost effective spectroscopy. They improve process monitoring and are suitable for quality control and process optimization.
