In the area of inspection solutions, the AOI system software P ilot AOI Version 7 offers a number of new functions: fully automatic program creation within minutes with the Magicclick function and the creation of your own workflows make working with the AOI software even easier, even for prototypes and pre-series.

The user can now adapt newly created test programs to production processes by extracting parameters and tolerances from previous production data in order to ensure a well-founded and reliable program setting. Artificial intelligence is used for reliable polarity detection on components. There is also the possibility of data connection according to the IPC-CFX standard (IPC-2591) including official qualification.
