New series of handheld oscilloscopes

These instruments replace the SHS800 and SHS1000 series. The oscilloscopes have two analog input channels and are available with analog bandwidths of 100 and 200 MHz. Both channels share an ADC with a maximum sampling rate of 1 GSa/s and a memory module with 12 Mpts of acquisition memory.

In addition to the analog oscilloscope channels, each model contains an isolated multimeter with 6000 counts and all typical multimeter measurement types such as DC/AC voltage, DC/AC current, resistance, capacitance, diode and continuity test. Compared to the SHS800X, the SHS1000X offers complete isolation between the oscilloscope inputs, the multimeter, the power supply, and the USB host or device port. Due to the complete isolation, the device is ideally suited for use in power electronics applications.
