Modular high-torque gearbox for heavy-duty use

The new high-torque gears of the Neco HT series achieve nominal torques of 3,800 to 7,000 Nm and ensure high-precision positioning with large masses and forces. They have a clean, closed design, achieve high precision with a hysteresis loss of just 0.5 arc.min and are extremely robust thanks to double-bearing eccentric shafts and the bearing-mounted drive shaft. The holistic corrosion protection - the output shaft and the running surfaces for the shaft sealing rings are also resistant to corrosion - minimizes or eliminates the risk of corrosion-related failures. A redundant sealing system on the drive side provides additional protection.
