Magnetic couplings for the food and packaging industry

The hysteresis magnetic couplings are suitable for use in the rotary heads of bottle capping systems for PET bottles. They prevent the bottle caps from being screwed on too tightly so that they can be easily opened by the consumer.

On the other hand, permanent magnet couplings from KBK are ideal for the rotating heads in capping systems for glass bottles: the jerky separation of the power transmission ensures that the bottle cap is tightly closed and a perfect seal is achieved.
