Fieldbus modules in IP67

The completely new developments have eight multifunctional master ports, can also implement high currents thanks to L-coded M12 connectors and operate the Ethernet protocols PROFINET, Ethernet/IP and EtherCAT. Even fieldbus-independent use is possible via OPC UA, MQTT, JSON REST API - thanks to the already integrated Standardized Master Interface (SMI). All in all, this reduces costs, increases productivity, offers new options for service and maintenance, minimizes installation and commissioning times, and replaces complex wired and space-consuming control cabinets.

In addition to the pure process data (I/Os), the new modules "MVK Pro" and "IMPACT67 Pro" also provide additional diagnostic data (voltage, current and temperature) for the respective ports and the entire module. In this way, operators can identify anomalies and optimize their processes through data analysis. Thanks to the IIOT protocols, this is even standardized and possible without a controller.
