Extended Range of Applications for the 10GigE Camera Series

Certain image processing applications, for example in semiconductor inspection or waste sorting, can be improved by using the UV spectrum or are only possible at all in this spectral range. The high-resolution sensor IMX487 with 8.1 MPixel, originating from the Sony Pregius S generation (Gen4), is available in the GigE camera series MV-Bluecougar -X as well as in the 10GigE version MV-Bluecougar -XT. The sensors feature high image quality with small pixel size and high transfer rates. GenICam-compatible software support for the cameras ensures compatibility with existing image processing programs and thus also platform independence.
