Drive platform for automated guided vehicles (AGVs)

The heart of the Blue Roll platform is the TQW wheel gear series. A single unit of the three available sizes can be loaded with up to 360, 720 or 1,020 kg and reach speeds of up to two metres per second. The gearbox has a compact design and is almost completely enclosed by the wheel, so that the installation space is minimised. Thanks to the mounting flange with threaded and through holes, the series is easy to mount and can be integrated into the chassis on the vehicle side. In addition, the wheel is supported by the reinforced gearbox bearings, which allow high radial forces.

The Blue Roll version Advanced has a servo gear motor with permanent magnet synchronous motor, with a high efficiency standard.

The Compact version differs in that it has an extra compact servo geared motor, which reduces the overall length by 25 percent. In addition, the platform is equipped with thermal optimisation for operation in the S1 duty cycle.
