Compact infrared camera with microscope optics
Optris extends the product line of non-contact temperature sensors with compact, high-resolution infrared cameras with microscope optics. In addition to images of the entire circuit board, detailed macro images of individual components are possible and can be measured reliably. The macro images are possible with a spatial resolution of 28 μm. The infrared cameras with microscope optics are delivered in a set with a high-quality desk mount, which enables easy fine adjustment of the camera focus, especially in the Test & Measurement area.
The distance between the target and the camera can vary from 80 to 100 mm. Due to this flexible positioning of the measuring instrument a simultaneous electrical function test is possible without problems. The royalty-free software can record both radiometric images and radiometric videos at up to 125 Hz.
