Brushless DC motors with driver

The compact motors are available with spur gears, flat gears or without gears with a round shaft and are available with rated powers of 15, 30, 50 and 100 W. Depending on the performance, their flange size is between 42 and 90 mm. Thanks to their optional electromagnetic brake (except 15W version), they represent an ideal drive solution for vertical or other applications where the load must be held by the brake in the event of a power failure. The motors are characterized by a stable speed, which only shows small speed deviations (±0.2% or ±0.5% depending on the driver) even with load changes or synchronous operation. Due to these properties, they help the respective application to achieve higher cycle rates, for example when used for belt drives or as a drive in driverless transport vehicles (AGV).

With the brushless DC motors, customers can choose between three different drivers: In addition to an analogue and a digital setting, a driver with an RS-485 interface is also available. The drivers for the digital setting and the RS-485 variant can be controlled using suitable parameterization software. Numerous functions, including eight-speed setting, torque limit and delayed stop, offer users many different possibilities for customization.
