ASi-5/ASi-3 Diagnostic Repeater BWU4981: ASi Circuit Extension including Diagnostics

With the ASi-5/ASi-3 diagnostic repeaters from Bihl+Wiedemann, the circuit length of an ASi network can be extended to up to 1,000 m. Integrated bus terminators for ASi-5 and ASi-3 improve signal quality and ensure stable communication. The repeaters provide a strong power supply, are ideal for UL Class 2 installations, and allow an ASi circuit to be divided into several 100-watt segments. Thanks to integrated decoupling coils, they are optimized for use with 24 V and 30 V power supplies and can be used with standard power supplies. As ASi-5 nodes, the repeaters offer comprehensive diagnostic capabilities –, including for the downstream line segment – which are available via LEDs on-site or through the ASi master.
