100 percent inspection of small parts

The Eyesorter Checkbox combines powerful image processing with a user-friendly interface that allows for quick adaptation to new products – without any knowledge of image processing. The system recognizes parts, checks their quality and orientation, and provides precise signals for sorting. Incorrectly positioned parts are ejected separately and returned. This way, up to 1,800 parts per minute can be sorted with 100 percent quality control. Thanks to preconfigured interfaces, the Eyesorter Checkbox can be integrated into existing production lines, whether they be conveyor systems, automatic assembly machines or quality control systems.
