The cooperation between President Stefan Götz and Andreas Wegner-Berndt (Vision & Control) was also sealed with a handshake at the beginning of May. The occasion was the kick-off visit to the Precisioneers office (Piezosystem Jena) in Hudson, MA.

The Precision(Engin)eers are a subsidiary of Piezosystem Jena, which offers micropositioners, nanopositioners and metrology solutions based on piezo technology. These find applications in the semiconductor industry, aerospace, microscopy and synchrotron technology. The managing director, Stefan Götz, is an experienced specialist in the field of sales for German companies in North America.

The large overlap between the target markets of both companies on the one hand and the sale of high-precision high-tech products that require explanation on the other hand is a very good starting point for cooperation. Both companies want to work together to create high-precision solutions for their customers in North America.
