United Robotics Health & Food GmbH acquires all patent, trademark, and content rights and now operates as United Robotics Group (Holding). Business operations will continue seamlessly.
Kerstin Wagner joins the management team as Co-CEO & COO alongside founder Wassim Saeidi. With her experience in the healthcare industry, the group is focusing on scaling existing products and innovations in the healthcare sector. The aim is to counteract the shortage of skilled workers.
The strategic growth agenda includes expanding the product portfolio, in particular with the mobile robot uLab Mobile, which is already in use in over 30 laboratories. Another milestone is the humanoid robot uMe, which is scheduled to be unveiled in 2026. URG focuses on practical robotics solutions that make workflows more efficient and increase patient safety, while remaining true to ethical principles.
