Initially under the name Motorola Semiconductors - with the processor architectures 68000 and PowerPC, later as Freescale and now as NXP - with a focus on the Arm CPU architecture. Throughout these many changes, the partnership has been based on long-term collaboration, mutual trust and first-hand information and support. TQ has accompanied NXP at every step of its evolution with new products and consistently implements new technologies, be it machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), security, connectivity or currently Edge IoT.

With its i.MX application processors and Layerscape processors, NXP focuses on the industrial environment in the areas of smart home, building technology, healthcare devices and human machine interfaces in various markets. Beyond the processors, NXP offers valuable solution components such as PMICs, security components, analog front ends and Wi-Fi solutions that increase customer benefit. The portfolio corresponds to the TQ Group's many years of experience, which has built up know-how in all of these areas.
