At the new location at 1120 Pittsford Victor Road, Toptica will occupy more than two thirds of the space, with options to expand in the future. The building features multiple custom facilities for manufacturing and development, including robust R&D space and multipurpose cleanrooms.

The move is fueled by rapid growth over the past two decades. Since 2006, the company has averaged strong double digit growth year over year.

Toptica employs nearly forty people in the Rochester, NY, area and expects the number to increase to about seventy employees over the next several years. Multiple open positions are currently available, including technical and scientific positions, operations roles, and service engineers.

“This move signifies a new era for Toptica – our new US headquarters will allow us to reach new milestones and continue scientific advances” said Mark A. Tolbert, president and CEO. “We now have the resources to sustain the incredible growth we have experienced over the last two decades, and continue our contribution to research and industry in the quantum, biophotonics, and materials markets. Our enabling technologies continue to have real world impacts in ways previously unimaginable.”
