Tattile with new industrial plan

Tattile announces an important relaunch plan that will see the entry of Ambienta SGR, the largest European private equity fund focused on the environmental industry. Ambienta was selected by the Bandini family, a traditional partner of Tattile, as the ideal associate to support the new industrial plan and the business internationalization project.

Ambienta, with a 70% shareholding in the company, will contribute its financial and strategic expertise to consolidate the competitive position of Tattile and support its growth process, by expanding the existing business, winning new customers, and thanks to new acquisitions. In fact, the company is now well positioned to seize the growth opportunities presented by a market that is growing at an annual rate of 10%, driven by the increasing care for energy efficiency and a better use of resources.

Thanks to a refinancing plan that involves a capital increase of 4 million Euros, Tattile can now forget of the difficulties caused by an adverse economic situation, which is now overcome with steady revenues and margins. As part of this plan, Corrado Franchi, manager with a sound experience in restructuring and relaunch projects, will hold office as Managing Director.
