Synostik: Florian Seiler joins the management team
The information security expert takes over dual leadership with Maik Ekert
Synostik has appointed Florian Seiler as its new managing director. In a dual leadership role with managing partner Maik Ekert, who joined the management team at the end of October 2023, Seiler brings extensive technical and management expertise as well as many years of experience in the areas of information security, risk management and IT administration.
Seiler took up the position of managing director of Synostik GmbH in March 2024. Previously, he had been IT manager in the company since January 2019 and played a key role in the development and implementation of strategies for securing the IT infrastructure. His expertise in the areas of cybersecurity, TISAX, ISO 27001 and IT management has helped to continuously improve security standards in customer-specific projects. The IT security expert has been working at Synostik since January 2017 and brings extensive expertise in the integration of modern and future-proof IT infrastructures. Seiler's many years of experience and his commitment to the security of corporate systems make him the ideal candidate for the position of Managing Director of Synostik GmbH.
In addition to his work at Synostik GmbH, Florian Seiler is also Managing Director of the solar energy service provider Synostik Energy. Seiler's expertise also includes consulting in the areas of risk management, SharePoint, ISMS (Information Security Management System) and TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) as well as Azure administration.
