Stemmer Imaging: record in revenue and earnings

Stemmer Imaging AG achieved another record year on the basis of the provisional figures. As such, adjusted EBITDA increased by 46.1 per cent to EUR 11.1 million in the 2017/2018 financial year (previous year: EUR 7.6 million). According to preliminary calculations, consolidated revenue climbed by 14.0 per cent to EUR 100.6 million in the reporting year (previous year: EUR 88.3 million).

Stemmer Imaging today published provisional business figures for the 2017/2018 year as a whole. In the period from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018, the Company generated an increase in adjusted operating earnings (EBITDA) of 46.1 per cent to EUR 11.1 million according to provisional calculations. The adjustments amounting to EUR 4.7 million related mainly to non-recurring expenses in connection with the IPO. Revenue climbed by 14.0 per cent to EUR 100.6 million, thereby lifting the EBITDA margin to 11.0 per cent (previous year: 8.6 per cent). The Company has thus achieved its targets at the top end of its guidance.

The figures announced in this press release should be treated as preliminary in nature and are subject to an audit. The final figures for financial year 2017/2018 and an outlook for the current 2018/2019 financial year will be published by Stemmer Imaging AG on 24 October 2018 with the 2017/2018 Annual Report.
