Spherea strengthens presence in North America through acquisition

Spherea and Konrad have reached an agreement whereby Spherea will acquire Konrad Technology US, formerly VI Engineering, the US subsidiary of Konrad. Based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, the company provides engineering and integration services for automated test systems in the defense, automotive, consumer goods, and medical sectors.

This strategic move will enable Konrad to streamline its global operations, while Spherea will significantly expand its presence in the US. The transaction is expected to close in the summer, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
