Special Exhibition on Non-Contact Measurement Technology at Control 2027: Exhibits Wanted
The Fraunhofer Vision Division, in collaboration with P. E. Schall GmbH & Co. KG, is organizing the 20th edition of the “Noncontact Measurement Technology” special exhibition as part of the Control 2027 trade show.

The exhibition presents a cross-section of current technologies, applications, and system components in the field of noncontact measurement and testing technology and serves as a guide for professionals in selecting suitable solutions for specific testing tasks.
Companies, research institutions, and universities can submit exhibition proposals via email (title and brief description) through October 30, 2026. The exhibition will feature systems for inspecting visible features, such as those based on light sectioning, stripe projection, white-light interferometry, holography, time-of-flight, or confocal methods. In addition, techniques for examining the interior of materials—such as thermography, X-rays, ultrasound, terahertz, and spectroscopic approaches like hyperspectral imaging—will be showcased. Solutions involving artificial intelligence and machine learning in image processing are also expressly encouraged.
