Siemens takes over Senseye

With the acquisition of Senseye, Siemens is expanding its portfolio with solutions for predictive maintenance and asset intelligence.

The global company in the field of industrial analysis software is based in Southampton, Great Britain. Senseye is a provider of results-oriented predictive maintenance solutions for manufacturing and industrial companies. With the solutions, unplanned machine downtimes can be reduced by up to 50 percent and the productivity of the maintenance teams can be increased by up to 30 percent.

In addition, the use of Senseye's innovative solutions for predictive maintenance and asset intelligence contributes to an increased system service life and helps to achieve and improve sustainability indicators. Since June 1, 2022, Senseye has been a 100 percent subsidiary of Siemens holdings plc in Great Britain. The company is organizationally assigned to Siemens Digital Industries and belongs to the Customer Services business unit.
