Canopus AI offers innovative solutions that complement Siemens' existing portfolio and provide manufacturers with intelligent inspection and measurement capabilities. Tony Hemmelgarn, CEO of Siemens Digital Industry Software, emphasizes that the combination of Canopus AI's technologies with Siemens' Calibre portfolio will increase accuracy and efficiency in wafer production.
