Schäfter+Kirchhoff expands management team
The aim is continuity and securing the future

Schäfter+Kirchhoff, together with the Gregor Federau Foundation, has expanded its management team. In addition to Managing Director Dr. Ulrich Oechsner, Dr. Tobias Klafka and Michael Schulz have joined the management team. Both have already held key roles in the company: Dr. Klafka, a physicist with a doctorate from the Institute of Laser Physics at the University of Hamburg, was head of development. Michael Schulz, an engineer for physical technology, was most recently responsible for production management.
This strategic decision is intended to provide continuity for business partners and strengthen the company for the future. Dr. Oechsner emphasizes the importance of this expansion, which responds to the continuous growth of recent years and prepares for the generational change in the company. The new managing directors bring valuable expertise and experience to successfully lead Schäfter+Kirchhoff into the next phase.
