ZVEI: The world market for microelectronics is growing despite the pandemic

"During the 2020 corona pandemic, the global microelectronics market grew by 6.8 percent to 440 billion US dollars compared to the previous year," said Dr. Sven Baumann, ZVEI expert for microelectronics, sensors and actuators, on the occasion of the ZVEI press conference to present the current ZVEI microelectronics trend analysis. Excelitas wants to take over PCO

Excelitas Technologies has signed a binding agreement to take over PCO AG from Kelheim. PCO is a privately held company and a developer and manufacturer of high quality scientific CMOS cameras for imaging in biomedical and high-speed industrial applications.
