The focus was on offshore wind energy, which offers enormous growth potential but faces challenges such as skills gaps and supply chain issues. RS emphasized the need to develop skills, diversify supply chains, and close financing gaps. The new Energy Skills Passport is designed to facilitate entry into the sector. Digitalization is seen as key to increasing efficiency.
