Penny emphasizes the importance of openness and employee loyalty in his management style. He is convinced that Mitutoyo Europe will achieve its ambitious goals through innovation and creativity. Despite the challenges in the current fiscal year, the company is striving for further growth, building on its established strengths in precision measurement and Japanese virtues such as organization and efficiency.
