Natascha Sander becomes Technotrans CFO

The supervisory board has appointed the head of group controlling and acting CFO as chief financial officer effective February 1, 2025.

Ms Sander has been head of group controlling at Technotrans since 2023 and has also held the CFO position on an interim basis since October 2024. The management board thus consists of Michael Finger (CEO) and Natascha Sander (CFO).

The 44-year-old is a qualified business economist and holds an Executive MBA in controlling and accounting. She has extensive experience in the international and industrial environment, having held positions of responsibility at GEA, RWE and Karmann, among others.

"Natascha Sander has impressed us both professionally and personally as head of group controlling and as acting CFO. We are delighted to have appointed a perfect candidate for this responsible position from within our own ranks. In our view, the management board is the ideal team to continue implementing the strategic goals of the Technotrans group," says Peter Baumgartner, chairman of the supervisory board.
