Management change at Fisba

Christian Zellweger takes over the role of CEO, while long-time CEO Markus Hersche moves to the Board of Directors

Fisba has announced a planned change in management. As of January 1, 2026, Christian Zellweger will assume the role of CEO, while long-time CEO Markus Hersche will move to the Board of Directors. This move is part of a strategic succession plan designed to ensure continuity in management and strategy.

Zellweger, who has been COO at Fisba for five years, will drive forward initiatives to strategically strengthen the company and secure growth. Under Markus Hersch's leadership, Fisba has driven forward its internationalization and consolidated locations in Shanghai and Saco. All operational processes and quality standards will remain unchanged for customers, partners and employees.
