Keysight completes acquisitions
The company has successfully completed the acquisitions of the Optical Solutions Group from Synopsys and PowerArtist from Ansys.
These strategic acquisitions expand Keysight's design engineering software and computer-aided engineering capabilities to help customers bring innovative designs to market faster. The Optical Solutions Group provides advanced optical design tools such as CODE V, LightTools and RSoft tools that enable accurate simulations of photonic and optoelectronic devices.
PowerArtist specializes in pre-synthesis power analysis and offers a comprehensive RTL design-for-power platform for semiconductor designs. The acquisitions are supported by an experienced team of engineers and scientists with deep expertise in photonics, optics and power analysis. This strengthens Keysight's ability to improve system simulations and innovate faster and more accurately.
