KEB Automation Acquires Majority Stake in Brusatori Electric Motors

After three years of cooperation, KEB Automation has acquired a majority stake in Brusatori Electric Motors. The takeover brought a change in the company management.

The cooperation will be continued by the third generation of the Brusatori family and the new managing director Marco Sala. Marco Sala has more than 20 years of experience in the market for components, industrial automation solutions and process automation. After working at Siei Peterlongo (now Gefran) and Mitsubishi Electric, he joined the KEB Group in 2007, where he held strategic positions at international level and introduced the technology and culture of automation and control. To date, Sala has been KEB Shareholder Representative and Group Business Strategy Manager.
