Kappa Optronics: Procuration for personnel manager, new commercial manager

Human Resources Manager Patricia Glanz has been granted the special statutory authority (Prokuristin) at Kappa Optronics. Franziska Holst takes over as commercial director.

Johannes Overhues, Managing Director of Kappa Optronics, comments: "Here we were able to strengthen ourselves with top people from our team, professionally and personally a huge gain."

Following the acquisition of embedded vision specialist Schmid Engineering, the arrival of Kappa Managing Director Johannes Overhues a good two years ago and CSO Sebastian Vreemann as a co-partner, Patricia Glanz and Franziska Holst were appointed to further key positions.
