Jens Delliehausen is taking on the role of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at K.A. Schmersal GmbH & Co. KG with immediate effect. In this position, he has global responsibility for sales and will strategically develop the international sales organization. Delliehausen reports directly to the management and is responsible for global sales at strategic and operational level.
He joins the Schmersal Group from Lenze and brings with him extensive experience in managing sales organizations. His expertise lies in the transformation and further development of sales structures, successful change management and the strengthening of market positions. His main tasks include the optimization of global sales activities, the further development of structures and processes and the development of new markets. Schmersal's management sees Delliehausen as an experienced leader who will promote sustainable growth.
