After 30 years at the helm of Pepperl+Fuchs, Dr.-Ing. Gunther Kegel, CEO, and Werner Guthier, CFO, are handing over their positions to Dr. Wilhelm Nehring and Martin Walter, who will take over the management of the company from May 1, 2025. Kegel and Guthier will initially remain active as consultants. The change is part of a long-term rejuvenation plan to actively shape the future of the company. Dr. Nehring brings experience from the mechanical and electrical engineering industry, while Walter was Senior Vice President Controlling & Accounting. Both will enrich the company with their expertise and innovative approaches.
The generational change is intended to continue the successful development of the company.
