FSG Expands Electronics Manufacturing in Zernsdorf with New Printed Circuit Board Production Facility
The new facility offers approximately 5,000 square meters of space, including 1,800 square meters of production space on the ground floor and 750 square meters of office space on the upper floor

FSG has significantly expanded its in-house electronics manufacturing operations at its Zernsdorf site. The new facility offers approximately 5,000 square meters of space, including 1,800 square meters of production area on the ground floor and 750 square meters of office space on the upper floor. Electronics production, previously based in Kablow, has been completely relocated to Zernsdorf. At the heart of the facility are two SMD production lines for automated PCB assembly: Line 1 from Mimot processes up to 8,000 components per hour, while Line 2 from Asmpt processes up to 24,000.
These are supplemented by Asys handling modules as well as stencil printers from Asmpt and Ekra for precise solder paste application. Four Kardex shuttle systems optimize warehouse logistics. Building services featuring heat pumps, heat recovery, and photovoltaics are designed to increase energy efficiency and ensure a reliable power supply. The facility is prepared for a third SMD line and additional AOI systems.
