Fisba strengthens Shanghai site with new management structure

Leo Hong has been General Manager since March 1, 2026, taking over the previous dual leadership. He is supported by Yoyo Xu, who has been promoted to Principal Sales Manager

The aim is to more closely integrate sales and production at the Shanghai site, which acts as an extended workbench and service hub for the Asian market.

Leo Hong has been with the company since 2021 and previously worked as Procurement Manager and Operations Director. With an MBA from Fudan University and a technical background in electronics, he will manage the entire value chain from procurement to quality assurance and sales. As a former Sales Coordination Manager, Yoyo Xu brings in detailed market and customer knowledge. Quality assurance and local services such as testing, cleaning and further processing will remain available to customers and are to be expanded further.
