Discontinuation and End of Support
Neurocheck will end the product life cycle of its Neurocheck 6.1 image processing software on December 31, 2026.
As of this end-of-life date, no more licenses will be sold, no bug fixes, feature enhancements, or security updates will be provided, and no adaptations will be made to support new operating systems, hardware, or security requirements. Technical support will be discontinued; this also applies to all associated plug-ins, data format converters, drivers, and tools.
Existing systems based on Neurocheck 6.1 can continue to be operated. After support ends, the operator is responsible for risk assessment and ensuring continued operation in compliance with regulations, particularly in the context of the EU Cyber Resilience Act. Neurocheck recommends upgrading to version 6.5, which supports current Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 11, provides security updates, and is adapted to new regulatory requirements.
