Dassault Systèmes joins the German Robotics Association
To make it easier for start-ups and SMEs to access automation solutions and digitalization tools, Dassault Systèmes has joined the German Robotics Association (DRV).
Membership aims to exchange ideas with experts in a collaborative value creation network and to lower the barriers to entry for the use of innovative robotics solutions. The 3D Experience platform from Dassault Systèmes plays a role in promoting cross-departmental and cross-company collaboration.
As part of the membership, Dassault Systèmes will contribute to the association's specialist areas and make its expertise and resources available in collaborative projects. The use of cloud solutions can significantly accelerate the development of robotics applications. Start-ups in particular have enormous innovation potential, but often do not yet have the necessary specialist skills, for example in the area of robot programming. The platform allows you to work with external partners who provide the necessary expertise. This is intended to reduce initial hurdles that start-ups and small companies face when using robotics.
