As one of the first measures, the company's (microsoft-based) ERP system received an update. New software modules, especially for the area of "international wholesale", now enable the automation and mapping of processes. Furthermore, the expansion of supplier relationships and the network through specialised suppliers stabilises the supply chains and thus ensures the ability to deliver.

In addition, CTX expanded its staffing levels. Teams have just been strengthened in the order processing, quality assurance, supply chain and financial accounting departments. The planning for the new office building, which is to be occupied in September, is also progressing.
