Control 2027 Focuses on Modern Quality Assurance and AI-Powered Measurement Technology
Following the Control Expert Days 2026, the organizer, P. E. Schall, is preparing a program that reflects the latest developments in industrial quality assurance

The 38th Control, an international trade fair for quality assurance, will take place in Stuttgart from May 11 to 14, 2027, and is aimed at professionals in the field of measurement and testing technology. Following the Control Expert Days 2026, the organizer, P. E. Schall, is preparing a program that reflects current developments in industrial quality assurance. The focus is on increasing efficiency, reducing errors, and conserving resources in production.
Key areas include the transition from tactile to optical and non-contact measurement methods, the use of X-ray inspection technology and computed tomography, as well as the integration of machine vision, image processing, and optical metrology. Another focus is on fully automated inspection processes in closed-loop workflows, supported by AI-based systems for image processing, measurement data management, and data analysis. The trade show thus addresses the role of modern QA solutions in ensuring process stability, product safety, and competitiveness in the manufacturing industry.
